Sunu Widianto is a PhD Student at The University of Twente, International Business Administration. His research focus is on “Employee Effectiveness Predictors” (especially in health care settings). His PhD supervisor is Prof C.P.M. Wilderom (UT Chair: Change Management & Organizational Behavior). In 2009 Sunu Obtained a MSc degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, and before that a BSc degree of the same university. In 2010 Sunu became a teacher of Padjadjaran University and in 2014 he received a scholarship from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, for a PhD process at the UT.
