From 2013/2014 on, I work as an information specialist for the BMS faculty of the University of Twente. The role of information specialists, whom belong to the LISA/EIS department, is to assist staff and students  while searching, accessing  and publishing information.

Assistant Professor (60%)

Since 2009/2010 I hold a permanent position as Assistant Professor at the Business Administration department of the BMS faculty.

Research Interests

My research focus is on various forms of organizational learning & collective knowledge.

I mainly do research related to

  • Learning from each other (knowledge sharing and transfer)
