GENERAL INFO

My research focuses on positive psychological applications in the workplace. I did my Master’s in Positive Psychology and Technology at the University of Twente. In my research, I aim to relate positive psychological qualities like mindfulness and compassion to work- and team performance. As a student assistant, I obtained experience in mentoring, qualitative data analysis and teaching.
