M.A., management and organisational consultant; supervisor and coach (BSO); graduate economist; specialist for equality between women and men in the workplace as recognised by the Swiss Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE). For more than 15 years I have been a consultant for change management and a coach for managers, teams, project directors and individuals undergoing personal change. Since 10 years I also have been a lecturer at different colleges and Universities and since 2015 I am the head of a Master programm in Coaching, Supervision and OB in Switzerland.
