GENERAL INFORMATION

Haider Abdul Sahib is aresearch associate of Prof. Dr. C. P. M. Wilderomat the University of Twente, Enschede, the Netherlands. His current research is on predictors of work-floor team performance with a focus on variables that shape an essential role in improving team performance. His doctoral degree was entitled “Three sets of mediators between transformational leadership and team performance”. After completing his Ph.D., he participated CMOB group as a research associate. He presents his paper on Annual meeting of Academy of Management Conference, British Academy of Management Conference and other reputable international conferences in management area. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • In 2001, Haider obtained a Bachelor (BSc.) Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kufa, Iraq.
  • In 2004, he obtained a Master (MSc.) Degree in Business Administration (Production Management) from the University of Kufa, Iraq.
  • Between 2005-2013, he was a lecturer at the University of Karbala, College of Management and Economics, Iraq, where he taught various courses and engaged in the supervision of BSc-theses in Bus. Admin.
  • In 2018, he obtained a Doctor (Ph.D.) Degree in Change Management and Organizational Behaviour (CMOB) from University of Twente, the Netherlands.
