Don Westerheijden has recently been appointed to the Advisory Board of the International Institute of Social Studies in The Hague

The ISS (www.iss.nl), founded in 1952, is a graduate institute of policy-oriented critical social science, aiming to make a contribution to achieving social justice and equity on a global level. ISS houses a highly diverse international community of scholars and students from the global south and the north. It is part of the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). The Advisory Board periodically advises the Institute Board on matters of scientific strategy, the Institute's mission and identity.
