The examination board as mentioned below concerns itself with the bachelor’s programme for BIT as well as the master’s programme BIT.
The examination board consists of staff members and is an independent authority regarding anything that has to do with examinations. The board establishes rules regarding exams, graduation, cum laude-requirements, and so on. The board establishes which students have passed which programme. It also deals with cases of fraud and matters of study progression.

The examination board BIT meets once a month. A request to an examination board must be in at the registry five working days before the meeting of the examination board.
You will find the meeting dates of the board and the deadlines for sending in your request (link to web-form). You will receive the decision of the board on your request in the weeks following the meeting.

Any objections to the examination board’s decisions must be submitted as a signed letter to the complaints committee (P.O. Box 127, 7500 AE Enschede, Vrijhof, Room 239B, Student Services office) within six days of the sending of the original decision.
