Format talks & questions

There are 35 minutes for every student: 15 minute talks + 20 minutes for questions from committee and audience. There are 5 minutes between slots to set up the next presentation and audience leaving/entering the room. If possible, upload your presentation before your session, or check out the room how to connect your laptop to the system.
The chair moderates talks and questions, and coordinates the timing.

Program & prizes end conference

Friday July 6th: the EE bachelor presentations. There will be 4 parallel sessions A-D in rooms Carré 3A, 3E, 3F, and 3H. Every session consists of 8 talks with the following day schedule (detailed schedule below):

8:55                    opening
09:00-10:55        slots 1-3
10:55-11:10        break
11:15-12:30        slots 4-5
12:30-13:25        lunch
13:30-15:25        slots 6-8
15:30                  Drinks, grades & prizes on O&O square (weather permitting), including handing of out the graded forms by supervisors, prize ceremony for the best abstract and the best scientific work. 

Coordination & meeting room Carre 3C
We will coordinate the day from Carré 3C. The room is also available for committees to discuss the grades. Lunch will be provided for committee members in Carre 3C (please sign up with Floris Zwanenburg,
