When working with real clients, it is an incredibly important skill to have a team that is led well and to have close contact with stakeholders. This skills lab will teach you the skills to become better in team & stakeholder management. This skills lab will be held by Tim Jongman from Novel-T.

Stakeholder management Workshop

During this workshop we will take another look at the importance of including stakeholders in your challenge processes and especially how this functions from the perspective of citizen initiatives. The following topics will be covered:

Meet your instructor
Tim Jongman

Tim Jongman is a lecturer at the Netherlands Institute for Knowledge Intensive Entrepreneurship (NIKOS) at the University of Twente. His contributions are in the field of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. Tim is also:

- working at Novel-T / University of Twente
- an active citizen – social engineer
- a Treasurer at NLZVE (national initiative)
- a Board member of the Twentse Noabers (regional initiative)
- a Chairman of the Blijven Wonen in Hengevelde (local initiative)
