When working with real clients, it is an incredibly important skill to have a team that is led well and to have close contact with stakeholders. This skills lab will teach you the skills to become better in team & stakeholder management. This skills lab will be held by Tim Jongman from Novel-T.
Stakeholder management Workshop
During this workshop we will take another look at the importance of including stakeholders in your challenge processes and especially how this functions from the perspective of citizen initiatives. The following topics will be covered:
- Citizen initiatives and collectives and their role in dealing with challenges (with specific focus on healthcare and wellbeing
- How do citizen initiatives start?
- Stakeholders norms and values
- Stakeholder and analysis
The workshop will include an interactive activity and a group assignment (within the framework of the session).
