FAREWELL LECTURE - PROF.DR. TON DE JONG, 10 NOVEMBER 2023
In his Farewell lecture, Professor Ton de Jong will reflect on his efforts over the past 30 years in designing instructional technology that emphasizes digital laboratories and cognitive tools for inquiry learning. The lecture will integrate technological and scientific developments with a personal history of national and European projects, conferences, and publications, and will also highlight how academic life has evolved over the past few decades.
The title of this farewell lecture will be: "TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES IN INQUIRY LEARNING - A JOURNEY OVER THREE-DECADES"
The Farewell lecture of Professor Ton de Jong on Friday 10 November 2023 will start at 15:00 hrs and will be held in Waaier 2, the Prof. ir. M.P. Breedveld room Waaier Building (entrance Carré building).
The Rector Magnificus kindly invites you to attend this event. Before the farewell lecture, coffee and tea will be served in the foyer of the Waaier building (from 14:30 hrs).
