MON-FRI - Study Orientation Test

Are you unsure about your study programme? Facing a possible negative BSA? Or simply not feeling happy with your current choice?Â
During the Well-being Weeks, we’re here to support you. Book a free 30-minute intake session where we’ll explore your situation together. After this, you’ll be invited to complete an online study choice test, followed by a second session to discuss your results and next steps.Â
You don’t have to figure this out alone; take this opportunity to reflect, reset, and move forward with confidence.Â
TUE - Tai Chi

Step away from the rush and move with change through calm, flowing movements that help you reset both body and mind. In this session, you’ll learn simple Tai Chi exercises that improve focus, reduce tension, and bring you back into the moment.Â

Want to keep control of your money and make smart choices during your studies? The UT has a new programme focused on financial health: an accessible way to strengthen your financial skills.
Do you have questions about income, expenses or would you like some useful tips? Make an appointment for a one-on-one meeting with a budget coach.

Students are encouraged to make an appointment in advance via the SGW front desk (red desk, Vrijhof 316) or by telephone 053-4892035. Spontaneous visits are also possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Consultations are in Dutch or English.

How are you? Do you want to talk about something? Many students struggle with stress/anxiety/sadness or loneliness. Confidential Contact Persons (CCP’s) are students that are trained to listen and help you to find the right resources. CCP’s have a drop-in consultation hour in the Chameleon Room in the University Library. There we can talk about anything that is on your mind. You are most welcome to stop by; no appointment is needed. We are here for you if there is anything that you would like to discuss in private.

THU - Relaxing with Dogs

Are you ready for a break? To get rid of some stress?  Â
Spending some time with the specially trained dogs from Dogswork is a great way to take a small break in your busy day.  Â
You will get an explanation on how to handle the dogs and then do a fun exercise with them outside. Happy feelings and smiles guaranteed!
