23 Oct 2015 - UT contributes to best Master's thesis in Information Technology at German university Sebastian Junges (RWTH Aachen University) has won the FTI Preis 2015 for his Master's thesis 'Simplifying Dynamic Fault Trees by Graph Reduction'. The prize is awarded annually by the FTI (an umbrella organization of German Information Technology faculties) to the author of the best Master's thesis in Information Technology at a German university. The prize includes the monetary sum of €2,500. Mr Junges was supervised in the writing of his Master's thesis by Information Technology scientists Joost-Pieter Katoen (RWTH Aachen and University of Twente) and Mariëlle Stoelinga (University of Twente). 22 Oct 2015 - Call for proposals NWO Veni has been opened The Call for proposals NWO Veni recently has been opened.
