In a series of lectures organized by the Centre for Array Technologies (CAT), a lecture on phased-array radar principles is organized at 4 april 2014.

The two-hour lecture:

Will be delivered by Albert Huizing (TNO), one of Europe’s leading radar system architects

Will start with approximately one hour of principles underlying modern radar

-

Will continue with approximately one hour of Advanced Techniques for radar systems

-

Will be followed by drinks and discussion

-

Will serve as an excellent introduction to the current hot topics in phased-array radar systems.

The lecture is public, can be attended for free, and is highly recommended. It will be delivered in Waaier 3, starting at 15:00.
