I like to pay by authorisation, I have an European IBAN, but I have no DigiD. What can I do?

I like to pay by authorisation but I do not have an European IBAN. What can I do?

It is not possible to pay by authorisation because you do not have a European IBAN. You have to pay your tuition fees by single transfer or you can pay by switch card at the desk of the Student Services.

My parents do not have their own DigiD. What can I do, because I like to pay by authorisation?

Send an e-mail to CSA (csa@utwente.nl) with the request for an authorisation form. Please do not forget to mention your student number in this e-mail. Please, fill in this authorisation form completely and after signing it, you can hand it in at the Student Services, or send it to CSA.

In which way my parents can confirm the digital authorisation via Studielink?

My parents did not receive the request for digital authorisation, what to do?

Until the digital authorisation is confirmed you will see the To Do action ‘Get digital authorisation confirmed’. Clicking this To Do Action allows you to resend the message with activation code to the person that will pay your tuition fees. Check also the website of Studielink.

The button ‘confirm digital authorisation’ is not available, but I have received a message from Studielink that I can confirm my digital authorisation. What can I do?

In case you satisfy all the conditions mentioned above, please send an e-mail to Student Services (studentservices@utwente.nl) with the mention that the button ‘confirm digital authorisation’ is not available. Please do not forget to mention your student number in this e-mail.

I like to change my authorisation to one or five instalments. How can I change that?

If you did not confirm your digital authorisation yet:

Please go to Studielink and finish your (re-)enrolment. After that you can use the form ‘Payment modification Form’ to change your way of payment. You can find this form on our website or click here to download this form. Please print this form and fill it in completely. After signing it you can hand it in at the desk of the Student Services or send it to CSA. CSA will take this form in process.

If you already confirmed your authorisation:

After you have confirmed your authorisation you can not change it anymore. You can use the form ‘Payment modification Form’ to change your way of payment. You can find this form on our website or click here to download this form. Please print this form and fill it in completely. After signing it you can hand it in at the desk of the Student Services or send it to CSA. CSA will take this form in process.

My parents do not agree with the (additional) conditions. What can I do?

If your parents pay your tuition fees, you are still responsible that this person is aware of the (additional) conditions. If your parents do not agree with the (additional) conditions you have to find another way to pay your tuition fees. It is still your responsibility.

Ad. 1:

Please go to Studielink and withdraw your (re-)enrolment. You have to withdraw your (re-)enrolment before 1 September 2016. After withdrawal you request for a new (re-)enrolment in Studielink with the right information about your instalment.

Ad. 5:

You can send an e-mail to CSA (csa@utwente.nl) and mention why you do not agree with the tuition fees mentioned on your authorisation. Please do not forget to mention your student number in this e-mail.

How can I withdraw my authorisation?

You are the only one who can withdraw the authorisation. Please go to Studielink and withdraw your (re-) enrolment. Please note: with this action you will withdraw your complete enrolment. You have to withdraw your (re-)enrolment before 1 September 2016.
