HOW TO APPLY
If you want to apply for a bachelorprogramma at the University of Twente you have to use Studielink www.utwente.studielink.nl.
WHEN TO APPLY
APPLIED FOR A BACHELOR’S PROGRAMME AND THEN?
Bachelors with an EEA1 nationality:
If you are a student with an EEA1 nationality you will, starting from late June 2017, receive an e-mail from CSA with all the information about enrolment and paying your tuition fees. You will receive this information on the mail account you have entered in Studielink.
Bachelors with a non EEA1 nationality:
If you are a student with a non EEA1 nationality you will receive an e-mail around 15 August 2017 from CSA with all the information about enrolment and paying your tuition fees. You will receive this information on the mail account you have entered in Studielink.
LOG IN DETAILS AND STUDENT ACCOUNT
After we have received your application for a programme and you have returned your Bachelor Entrance Form (as a non-Dutch nationality Bachelor) around 15 June 2017 you will receive an e-mail from ICTS about your log in details and student account. You will receive this information on the mail account you have entered in Studielink. The subject of this e-mail will be: Your personal account information – Je persoonlijke accountgegevens.
Log in details
With the log in details you can make use of the online services of the University of Twente.
It’s important to check the e-mail from this account frequently, because CSA uses this account as communication about all information. If you prefer to make use of your own e-mail account, please see to it that you forward the mail of the UT account to your own account.
Please make sure your Studielink email address is not your UT student email! Check the status of your enrolment regularly at Studielink and your UT-account!
TERMINATE STUDENT ACCOUNT
After you have end your enrolment at the University of Twente you are no longer entitled to use the ICT facilities of the UT including your Google mailbox and documents. Because of this the ICT will terminate your account in 1 month (from January 1, 2017). Until then you will be able to save your email and documents elsewhere. After this period your data will be deleted permanently, also to protect your privacy. You will receive a mail notification.
