Bachelor's-before-Master's rule

Due to an amendment of the law the so-called ‘transfer master’ has been abolished as from 1 September 2014. You can only be admitted to a master’s programme with the required bachelor's degree.

To whom does the bachelor-before-master rule apply?

This applies to all students.

Are any exceptions possible (hardship clause)?

No, this is prohibited by law. The new enrolment regulation within the law (‘WHW’) prevents exceptions.
