Aanbod culturele cursussen derde kwartiel 2017/2018

Heb je goede voornemens voor 2018 en wil je je creatieve kant een boost geven?

De Student Union heeft in samenwerking met de AKI en Culture & Events een interessant cultureel aanbod voor studenten en medewerkers met een Union-/CampusCard. Alle cursussen worden begeleid door professionele en enthousiaste docenten. De meeste cursussen worden in het Engels gegeven en worden daarom ook hieronder in het Engels aangeboden.

Met je UnionCard kun je tegen een zeer gunstig tarief aan deze cursussen en workshops deelnemen!

Wanneer?

De meeste cursussen  vinden 1x per week plaats en bestaan uit 8 lessen. Ieder kwartiel starten er nieuwe cursussen. De cursussen van het derde kwartiel starten begin februari 2018. Je kunt je voor kwartiel 3 inschrijven vanaf 13 december 2017 door te klikken op de link in onderstaand overzicht.

Let op! Er is maar een beperkt aantal plaatsen beschikbaar, wie het eerst komt….

Theatre Engineering

This course is an introduction to Theatre Engineering. How can we add value to a play or product presentation using theatre engineering? What are the effects of dramatic lighting, music and images? In this course you will learn the pure basics about theatre engineering and our basic stage lighting and live sound materials, what you can and cannot do with it. We will cover the basics of Light and Sound Engineering in our Theatre Halls on our Campus.

Creative Painting&Drawing

Sometimes while walking in a museum,  secretly admiring a particular painting and struck by the feeling it gives you, you wonder  how the painter succeeded in bringing this feeling across. This and more you will learn in the course ‘drawing and painting’.
By getting to know  different  art styles you learn to develop various skills that stimulate your creativity. Of course there is also the possibility to work on your own subjects and themes. If you are for example interested in model drawing, then that’s possible. You get acquainted with all kinds of motives and material and are supported and facilitated in finding your own personal way  in this creative process.

Creative Welding, follow-up course

If you want to develop your welding skills and creativity further, then this follow-up course Creative Welding gives you the possibility to create your own metal artworks. This is a low-budget course and covers the basic costs only. In other words, you can make your design as expensive as you can afford.
(To participate in this course you need to have already the basic welding skills or you must have followed the basic Welding course.)

Graphic Technics

In this workshop you will use a variation of graphic techniques as used with printmaking. 

All techniques will be combined and the process of making and experimenting is key. History of printmaking will be weaved in with the program as much as practice.

Pattern Design

In this workshop we explore the meaning, possibilities and development of patterns. 
In this workshop we will design, produce and print patterns. With these printed goods we will explore the different ways of putting them into practice.
