Since September 2011 Aline Reichow is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Behavioural, Management & Social Sciences in the Law and Regulation Group at the University of Twente. Her research centers on the topic of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulation at workplaces where nanomaterials are handled. In this context she investigates governance networks that comprise business associations and public policy-makers and their potential for co-regulation of nanomaterials OHS (EU/US comparative case studies). The PhD project is part of the Dutch NanoNextNL program.

Aline is the chair of the monthly research colloquia of the Law and Regulation Group.

For further information please do not hesitate to contact her.

Before joining the Law and Regulation Group, Aline completed a research master in the field of Science and Technology Studies (STS) at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Maastricht University (MSc in 2011) and a bachelor program in the area of cultural studies at Maastricht University (BA in 2009). During her studies she worked as a research assistant and was a member of the editorial board of the online journal Maastricht European Studies Papers (MESP) of the European Studies program. She was also a member of the evaluation team for the study program Arts and Culture.
