General information

Veronica Junjan (1974) completed her degrees in public administration (MPA, 2000) and sociology (PhD, 2006) in USA and Romania. Her PhD thesis investigated factors that influence decision making in local level governments in Romania, in the context of accession to the European Union. Her current research focuses on investigating decision making processes, public performance management, particularly within the mechanisms and dynamics of public sector reform associated to the EU multi-level governance

In addition to teaching and research at university level, she was involved in a wide range of consulting and research projects at national and international level in Eastern Europe.
