First year research project

Research

My research focuses on serious gaming intervention of learning and training adaptability for the military and civilians. Adaptability refers to a human ability to make effective decisions and adjust to environments that are dynamic and novel. We will design, test and valiadate a serious game for adaptability training. Moreover, pedagogical principles, methodology and training implications for the military will be investigated in this project. The project is funded by TNO, the department of security and defense.
