The Lisbon process: Education indicators

This one-year project concerns the activities of the research in assisting the European Commission. The activities, in the context of the Lisbon process, relate to an ongoing critical reflection on the choices made by the Standing Group on Indicators and Benchmarks (SGIB). An interactive approach will be taken to discuss the potential use of selected indicators. Leading questions are: What conclusions are justified by the indicator scores and what policy leverage do the indicators have?
