Evaluation of lectoraten in universities of professional education

Lectors hold a relatively new position in Dutch universities of professional education, meant to develop the function of applied research as well as to contribute to the quality of education in the hogescholen.

This project aims to develop and evaluation framework and method that will allow:


the hogescholen to develop their strategies for applied research and the research-teaching nexus,


the lectoren to define their professional identity, standards and values.


And to provide the faculty leadership with a management tool and framework.
