The academic community in the stakeholder society

The project is a further cornerstone in my lasting interest to study the changing role of higher education's principal workers and the impact of recent changes in the institutional and organizational framework on the academic community. In this project, we will further develop our conceptual framework derived from policy and organizational theory to describe and analyze (using an international and inter-organizational comparative approach) the impact of recent changes in the institutional and organizational setting of higher education on the relationship between institutional autonomy, academic freedom and professional reward systems.
