Web of Science contains abstracts of peer reviewed papers and conference papers, supplemented with citation data. This offers the possibility to retrieve citation relations back to 1945 (science) or 1956 (social sciences).
The collection of journals in Web of Science is also known as "ISI journals", having an Impact Factor.
