Leonardo da Vinci Programme
A Leonardo Da Vinci grant is meant for recent graduates looking to obtain work experience or wanting to get more knowledge about a certain part of their profession during a work placement in Europe.
The Leonardo grant consists of:

A reimbursement for living expenses/subsistence costs depending on the country and duration of your placement. |
• |
A reimbursement for language preparation classes (maximum € 500). A separate application applies for the language preparation portion of the grant. This application includes an assessment of the language course quality by the Regional Leonardo Bureau. |
Eligibility criteria
• |
Graduates with a diploma from a Dutch education institution (MBO, HBO, WO). |
• |
Full time Placements with a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum period of 26 weeks. |
• |
Placements in the 27 EU-countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Turkey. Excluded are the countries where the educational institute is located at which the study was completed and the country of origin. |
• |
Placements in an enterprise/organisation, School or Institute. Excluded are Embassies and Consulates of The Netherlands and organisations who are part of or financed by the European Commission. |
• |
Valid health-, liability- and travel insurance. |

Procedure
When you have found a suitable placement, send an email to Jan Willem Oortwijn (rlb@tue.nl) of the Regional Leonardo Bureau. You will receive an application form by email.
