Examination Board

The board guarantees the quality of the diploma by re-assessing all final thesis’ and its grading. This process is meant for feedback to examiners and management, so your registered results are not at stake. The same applies to the assessment of examinations which is done annually. A more direct interference of the board with your programme is in the approval of individual pathways to the diploma. In case you want to divert from the standard options in the programme you have to submit a programme proposal to the examination board. The board checks that your programme is relevant for the diploma in terms of content and master level. The Board issues the diploma, this action is delegated to the supervising committee of your final thesis project. The constitution of your committee needs therefore approval by the Examination Board.
