The Faculty of Science and Technology offers this internationally oriented Master Program in co-operation with the Departments of Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. The program is research oriented in the field of technology and material science for advanced components. It focuses on technology for nanostructures, either top-down via lithography or bottom up via molecular synthesis, and on the analysis of these structures and the development of metrology needed. The aim is to train graduates who wish to pursue a career in research for which e.g. the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology offers ample possibilities. The program has a strong international orientation.

Students with an excellent degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Material Science, Chemical Technology, Biology or any other applied science are eligible for the program.
