Joint symposium MESA+ - JNCASR
On Monday April 27, 2009 we will organize a joint symposium between the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology and a delegation of Indian scientist from the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research and the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore, India).
The aim of this symposium is to set the stage for initiating new research collaborations and strengthening ongoing activities between MESA+ and the University of Twente on the one hand and the International Center for Materials Science and the Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research on the other hand.
The symposium will take place on the campus of the University of Twente, in building ‘Zuidhorst’ in room ZH286.
The program will include presentations on the following topics:

Nanoelectronics: Graphene and Graphene-based devices |

Nanomaterials: Soft Materials, Nanocomposites, High Tc Superconductors |

Biomolecular Nanotechnology |
There will also be a poster session. If you plan to present a poster at the symposium please indicate this on your registration form on the website.
We aim at a high-value scientific symposium, and at creating a good atmosphere for scientific discussion. We hope everybody who is working in one of these research areas will attend this symposium.
