Closing ceremony of EMSI 2010

On December 3^rd 2010 the MEEM and EMSI students (short course “Energy Management and Cleaner Production in Small and Medium Size Industries”) celebrated the closing of the EMSI 2010.

The closing ceremony took place at CSTM at the University campus. Mr. Jan Cloin from the Directorate General for International Cooperation (DGIS) of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs gave a guest lecture about DGIS’ energy policy, and then certificates were handed out to the participants.
