Event announcements
To have your event notice displayed on the UT Event Calendar, complete the form below. Note, all fields marked with an asterisk (*) need to be completed, so that users can filter relevant categories.
For one-day events, only the start date is required.
Please check whether anyone else has already completed this form: maybe your event is already displayed on the UT Event Calendar.
Of course, you can add impact to your event notice by including a small visual image.
The UT Web Communication Team is not liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect information being displayed and also reserves the right to decide whether or not to display your event notice. You will receive an email about whether you notice will be displayed.
We hope that your event is a huge success and that visitors to the campus enjoy all that the University of Twente offers.
To publish the UT Event Calendar in other forms, you must first have formal permission from the UT Web Communication Team.
