OOHR researchers won runner up Best Paper Award at IPDMC 2011
OOHR researchers Matthias de Visser and Dries Faems won the runner up Best Paper Award at the International Product Development Conference which was held from June 5-7, 2011 at the Delft University of Technology. The title of their paper (that they wrote together with Peter van den Top) is ”Exploration and exploitation within SMEs: connecting the CEO's cognitive style to product innovation performance”.
