Evaluation of the effectiveness of the International Fellowship Program, (Ford Foundation)

Since 2003 CHEPS has evaluated the effectiveness of the International Fellowship Program: a worldwide programme for postgraduate students from disadvantaged backgrounds in over twenty low- and middle-income countries from Latin America, Africa and Asia/Russia. The project included the development, application and analysis of questionnaire and interview instruments for candidates, grant holders, alumni, and the IFP worldwide organisation.
