Thematic reports
Due to the dynamic and complex character of the higher education field, information needs policy makers vary in time. Policy issues pop up in contexts that are difficult to predict. To accommodate that volatile need for comparative information, the CHEPS Higher Education Monitor produces thematic reports. The choice of themes for these reports are provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, in co-operation with CHEPS.
