Educating the New European Professional in the Knowledge Society
This concerns an international study to explore how the research function of Universities of Applied Sciences is evolving in 11 European countries. In particular it intends to investigate what kind of research activities are undertaken by these institutions, whether a common profile can be detected as well as various conditions under which this research function has to be performed. The participating countries are Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Portugal and The Netherlands.
The title of the report is: Research at Universities of Applied Sciences in Europe: Conditions, Achievements and Perspectives.
