The department “Business Administration” (BA) was formed in February 2012. The department BA is a merger of the departments: NIKOS (Netherlands Institute for Knowledge Intensive Entrepreneurship), OOHR (Operations, Organization and Human Resources) and parts of F&A (Finance & Accounting).

The department is committed to research, education and valorisation. The University of Twente’s mission, developing “high-tech with a human touch”, is leading for our activities.
Our mission is the delivery of excellent research and education, and the realisation of revenue generating projects. The department is part of the
School of Management and Governance (SMG).
