Housing

International students are assisted in finding furnished accommodation by the International Office. By coordinating supply and demand, we manage some 300 rooms on campus and 100 rooms off campus. All rooms are private; bathroom and kitchen facilities are often shared with other students. Rent prices for furnished housing vary from €300 to €450 per month (on campus; shared facilities) and €320 to €750 per month (off campus; private facilities). Electricity, water, gas, and internet connection are included in the rent prices. We always take your personal preferences and needs into account when offering accommodation. However, please keep in mind it may not always be possible to grant your first choice of accommodation due to limited availability.
