Specialization "Thermal Engineering"

of the master 'Mechanical Engineering'


How do we manage our energy resources as efficiently as possible? How do we prevent negative environmental impact? You will address these questions in the ‘Thermal Engineering’ master’s degree specialization. This specialization addresses such issues as the design and testing of new methods and installations (e.g. incineration in gas turbines and the use of fluidized beds for garbage incineration). Together with a number of colleagues, you will tackle several different areas, including fluid dynamics and chemical engineering.
