Master's Programme

The master’s programme in Business Administration is taught entirely in English and has a duration of one year. The programme comprises a total of 60 European Credits (EC) and consists of two parts. The first part is identical for all BA master students and consists of 4 joint master courses. The specialization Innovation and Entrepreneurship is an exception. How the programme of this track is structured, you can find in the information about the specialization. Each course has a total of 5 European Credits (EC).There are flexible options for the joint master courses. This offers you the possibility to spread the courses over the year if necessary.

Before you start the master, choose one of these specializations. Each specialization consists of several subject specific courses and one ‘masterclass’ (course given by an expert of that subject). Herewith you prepare yourself for the master thesis (25 EC) which completes your master.

The master thesis is the last step before graduation and is composed of a problem-oriented research project which you choose, carried out in a manufacturing or service organization which may also be a research institute. This final period lasts five months. You work with professionals and you have the opportunity to integrate knowledge and different techniques and apply them to practical problems. You complete the master by writing, presenting and defending your master thesis.

Title

After completing the Master Business Administration, you will receive the title ‘Master of Science (MSc)’. Therefore the title is ‘MSc BA’ and not ‘MBA’.
