|
Please note: The information below is only relevant for current University of Twente students! See the Matrix below for detailed transfer information! |

|
Direct enrolment: Transfer from a UT (bachelor’s) degree programme to a UT master’s degree programme that links directly to your bachelor’s degree programme (e.g. from a Business Administration bachelor’s degree to a Business Administration master’s degree).
1) |
You report to your Office for Educational Affairs (Bureau Onderwijszaken, BOZ) stating that you will be graduating from your bachelor’s degree programme. This is done by sending an email to the departmental administration of your study programme. The correct email address can be found on the faculty website. You will find the email address for your departmental administration under the header of your study programme. |
2) |
In this email, you indicate which master’s degree programme you intend to enrol in. Your BOZ will then inform Student Services of your decision. |
3) |
Upon your definite qualification as a Bachelor, you will automatically be enrolled in the master’s degree programme of your choice. |
|

|
Indirect enrolment: Transfer from a bachelor’s degree programme to a master’s degree programme within the UT that DOES NOT link directly to your bachelor’s degree programme (e.g. from a Psychology bachelor’s degree to a Business Administration master’s degree).
1) |
You report to the Office for Educational Affairs (Bureau Onderwijszaken, BOZ) of the master’s degree programme of your choice, requesting to be admitted to the master’s degree programme in question. This is done by sending an email to the departmental administration of the master’s degree programme that you intend to enrol in. The correct email address can be found on the faculty website. You will find the email address for the departmental administration under the header of your intended study programme. In this email, you include a list from your examination overview stating your academic achievements within your bachelor’s degree programme. |
2) |
The admissions board of the master’s degree programme in question will evaluate your request for admission. In most cases, the board will confirm that you have been admitted to the ‘pre-master programme’. |
3) |
As soon as you have completed your bachelor’s degree programme and the subsequent pre-master programme, you will be enrolled in the master’s degree programme. |
