After completing this minor, students are expected:

to know basic theoretical concepts of Global HRM and Technology, their interrelations, the internal and external environment in which they apply;

to describe, structure and analyze a complex organization of HRM in the global context; and International Business organization;

·

to apply one of the currently widely used business administration models in the analysis of HRM, Technology and Global management;

·

to understand research and design methodology with specific focus on the topics of Global HRM and Technology.
