Colfuturo’s main objective is to provide Colombian students with more and better study opportunities and enable them to contribute with their experiences of studying abroad to the economic and social development of Colombia.

Scholarship Value

A maximum of US$ 25.000 per year and for a maximum of two years. Once students have graduated, they must return to Colombia within one year of finishing their programs in order to qualify for a scholarship comprising a 50% waiver of the loan.

Requirements for application

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

·	Have the Colombian nationality

·	Have been admitted unconditionally to a high quality graduate programme (in any field of knowledge and anywhere in the world)

·	Have at least one year work experience

·	Present an international language proficiency examination

·	Have an excellent academic record
