How to apply for furnished housing

Bachelor students can apply for furnished housing by filling in the online application form for housing. You will receive a link to this form by email after you have returned your fully completed Bachelor Entrance Acceptance Form (BEAF).

Master students can apply for furnished housing by filling in the online application form for housing. You will receive a link to this form by email after you have returned your fully completed Entrance Acceptance Form (EAF).

Exchange students can apply for furnished housing by filling in the online application form for housing. You will receive a link to this form by email after you have returned your fully complete exchange programme application package.

Other international guests, e.g. PhD students, employees, and trainees can apply for furnished housing by submitting an application form. This application form is available through the secretary of your UT faculty / research group.

Priority list

Housing applications are processed with the following priority (ranked from highest to lowest priority):

1.

Exchange students (e.g. Erasmus, ECIU consortium partner students)

2.

International Master students with UTS or HSP scholarship

3.

International Master students

4.

International Bachelor students

5.

International PhD students, employees, trainees, and other international guests

 

Housing Offer Guaranteed

Applicants in all categories are guaranteed to get an offer for accommodation from International Office, only if all admission procedure at the University of Twente and the (online) application for housing are completed at least 3 months before to arrival.
