1. Confirming your application & registration on the waiting list

After the (online) housing application form has been submitted, you and your contact person will receive an automatically generated email, confirming that your application has been received. For Exchange and Master students, this does not yet mean that you are registered on the waiting list. International Office will first check whether you are indeed admitted as a student at our university. As soon as your application has been validated, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration on the waiting list.

As long as no booking has been made for you, your name can be removed from the waiting list free of charge by sending an email to International Office. If you are registered on the waiting list but find accommodation through other sources, please inform International Office by email so that they can remove you from the waiting list.
