The website presents research programs in the field of professional development of employees (teachers) within Education and Health Care in the Institute for Behavioural Science.

The aim of this center is to promote multidisciplininary research on the topic of professional development of employees and try to explain effects of interventions to promote the professional development of employees. This center builds bridges between school, health care organizations and the University of Twente. Within the Center we make use of expertise of KPC Groep, GITP, Haagse Hogeschool, and Carpe (Career Perspective Research and Development).
