Health Valley Event on March 17, 2010 in the Concertgebouw Vereeniging in Nijmegen.

The Health Valley Event is the ideal platform for companies, knowledge and care institutions and scientists to meet and be informed of the latest developments in the field of Health.
Many initiatives in health and technology from the Health Valley region are going to exibited.
Nijmegen and Twente will cooperate more on the many projects those centers and businesses in the regions are currently implementing. During the Health Valley event, extra attention will be given to this innovation- axis tenhnologisch medical field.

Besides showing the successes of the Health Valley Event, it is also a platform for promising new ideas. Through pitches and matchmaking sessions it is looking for opportunities in new initiatives and cooperation.

WCIT, 17th World Congress on Information Technology, 25-27 May, 2010, Amsterdam

The Netherlands will host the 17^th World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT). This important event reviews issues of global importance and strives to define how change can be realized and accelerated through the application of IT leading to a better, safer and opportunity-rich world. The UT Center for eHealth Research and Disease Management participates in the eHealth track.

eHealth monitor

The NVEH will start a project to identify indicators for successful eHealth projects in the Netherlands. These indicators will be based on research, and the center for eHealth research will participate in this project. We are looking for resources to realize the eHealth monitor. The monitor can be used as an instrument for evaluating future eHealth projects, and serve as a quality index for ZIP (zorginnovatieplatform).
