Fixed telephone lines
ICTS manages the internal telephone traffic to “fixed sets” on campus. In this field it also provides support to users.
New application or changes
Communal campus accommodation
Almost all communal student accommodations on the campus already have an internal telephone line with a 4-digit telephone number. This line can also be called from outside the UT by adding the prefix "053-489" to this telephone number.
This telephone line can also be 'unblocked' so that numbers outside the UT can also be called. Naturally, subscription costs and call costs must be paid. If you wish to unblock the telephone line or transfer the subscription to someone else, it is best to go along to the ICTS Servicedesk in the Horst building. Cancellations can also be notified here.
If you wish to change the e-mail address to which the specified bill is sent, this is possible via the web form at the bottom of this page.
Single flats
If you have your own flat (or share with your partner) you can also request a (unblocked) telephone line. For this, it is best to go to the ICTS Servicedesk in the Horst building. Cancellations can also be notified here.
If you wish to change the e-mail address to which the specified bill is sent, this is possible via the web form at the bottom of this page.
Note: for residents of the Sky and Box buildings, it is unfortunately not possible to request a telephone line: there is no connection present for this.
Telephone guides
The central telephone guide of the University of Twente is no longer issued in printed form. ICTS looks after an electronic version. You can find it using the link below.
