Dear student,

To help you along with the ICT facilities at the UT, we have produced this manual for you. Everything can also be found online at our website. On this website you will also find more manuals, plus information about the ICTS. Go to 'Start' for basic information and manuals about the ICT facilities at the UT.

The ICT Service centre offers you advice and support with any questions or problems you may have in the field of ICT and is available to all students and staff at the University of Twente. You may contact the ICTS with any questions about, for example, the use of the ICT account, educational applications, the network or software. You can either come along to the ICTS Service desk in the Horst, or send an e-mail.

We hope that you will thoroughly enjoy studying at the University of Twente and that these facilities will help you to do so!

Studenten Net Twente

All students with problems and questions concerning ICT, will find help in the Horst. Next to the ICTS service desk sits the SNT Helpdesk, specifically for students. The SNT also supports other Operating Systems like Linux and Mac OS.
