Service desk

All students and employees of the UT with questions, problems, requests for information or reports regarding ICT are welcome at the ICTS Service Desk.

The ICTS Service Desk is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am -12.30 am and from 12.30 pm - 17.00 pm and can be reached at telephone number (053 489) 5577. The desk is open from 08.30 am - 12.00 am and from 13.00 pm - 17.00 pm.

The Service Desk is situated in Horst W122 (next to the Notebook Service Centre).
