Reorganisation of ICTS
On 24 September 2012, after the Service Council had given its positive advice, the Executive Board instructed interim director Koen van der Drift to carry out a reorganisation of ICTS. The reorganisation of ICTS will result in an efficient and more transparent service to users and more room for customised services by having the activities for standard services performed more efficiently. For customised support in particular for the technical faculties, it will remain possible to have ICTS staff available close to the primary process to come up with quick, efficient solutions.
The first draft of the reorganisation plan has been sent to ICTS staff and after a minor adjustment the OPUT as representative of the unions has given its approval to the Placement procedure. It is ICTS’s ambition to inform all staff about their new position before Christmas 2012. There will be no forced redundancies.
