Teamviewer, a new ICTS service

Teamviewer is a new ICTS service for solving computer problems from a remote location.

Use the “Teamviewer” button to start the programme. You will find this button on every ICTS web page.

As soon as the Teamviewer programme with the Twente University logo appears on the screen you should call the ICTS Service Desk at 5577 and follow the instructions.
